  • Squats
  • Lunge (right leg)
  • Lunge (left leg)
  • Wall squat
  • Hip lifts (lay on ground, left hips to bridge position and back down)
  • Jumping lunges
  • Side lunges (right leg)
  • Side lunges (left leg)
  • Fire Hydrant (right leg)
  • Fire Hydrant (left leg
  • Plie squats (jump optional)
