Countdown Workout

 

It’s the Final Countdown..da da da dum, duh duh duh duh…Anyone else remember that song? Play it loud while you do this workout. Ten exercises and lots of reps will make you sore and sweaty. Let’s break it down:

  1. 100 Jumping jacks
  2. 90 Sumo Squats
  3. 80 Mountain Climbers
  4. 70 Alternating lunges
  5. 60 High knees
  6. 50 Triceps Dips
  7. 40 Burpess
  8. 30 Squats with alternating front kicks
  9. 20 Reverse crunches
  10. 10 Push ups

Grab your water and put on your shoes. Let’s do this!
