Get Your Kids and Your Workout to the Park


What better place to workout than a park on a crisp fall day?

It’s finally fall! The weather is so nice – why not take your workout outside? Let the kids run amok while you get strong and healthy…they won’t even know you’re doing something for YOURSELF for a change.  If you do it right, you may just end up some S’mores for your after workout treat!

Find a place with a picnic bench and do the following for a full body workout:

Step up with lunge

Split Squats


Triceps Dips

Now…don’t you feel better? 🙂
