Happy Birthday to You Core Workout

Happy Birthday February people (or whatever your birthday month is)!!  This core workout is sure to scorch some calories so you feel a little less guilty about the cake you know you are going to eat! This is a good workout to do alone or add in some cardio. It’s your special day, so you decide. Enjoy and celebrate YOU!

Number of reps = your age. Exercises are:

  • Crunches
  • Plank
  • Side Plank Right
  • Side Plank Left
  • Sit-ups
  • Reverse Crunches
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Plank
  • Side Plank Right
  • Side Plank Left
