Grab a kettlebell or a dumbbell and get to work! This workout will make you sweat. Do each of the following exercises for 5o seconds and then rest for 10 seconds before going to the next exercise:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Plank with Row (alternate arms)
- Goblet Squats
- Upright Row
- Reverse alternating lunbes
- Crunches (with kettlebell)
