Try this treadmill workout to torch some calories and prevent boredom! Don’t dread the tread!

Treadmill workouts don’t have to be just about uninspiring walks or boring runs where you don’t go anywhere – spice it up and walk all kinds of ways! Change up your incline, speed, even the direction you are walking or running – it’s so much more fun!

15 min – walk, highest incline
15 min – jog, incline half of walk incline
15 min – walk backwards, highest incline
2 min – shuffle left side, reduce speed and incline
2 min – shuffle right side, reduce speed and incline
5 min – run, low incline
5 min – cool down
