If you like to wake up and work out, wait until mid-morning, work out after work, or like to procrastinate as long as possible, this is the workout for you. You can fit it in at any time of the day – it’s only 20 minutes! But…the burn will last a while!

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 20 Squat Jumps
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 50 Sec Wall Sit
  • 60 Sec Plank

Do for 20 minutes!
