Stairs Workout

 

Who knew a workout could be so fun?! If you have access to stairs, this is a good workout to change up your normal exercise routine. Repeat one to two times and drink plenty of water. Enjoy!!

  • 10 triceps dip on bottom step
  • 10 push-ups at the bottom
  • Run up and down 5 times
  • 10 plank jacks at the bottom
  • 25 squats
  • Run up and down 5 times
  • 10 burpees at the bottom
  • 30 alternating lunges
  • Run up and down 5 times
  • 1 minute plank
  • 1 minute wall sit
  • Repeat!
